Wind Mobile has released a new affordable entry-level smartphone from Huawei namely Huawei U8651 at the price of $149 CAD outright, the handset offers decent 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that support 320x480 pixels resolution, Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System and sports 3.2-megapixel camera with video recorder.
