Samsung reported has plan to release Galaxy S 3 16MP point and shoot main camera


According to the reliable source “gsmarena” Samsung has plans on announcing a Galaxy S 3 based point and shoot camera during this year at IFA expo, alongside with the Note 2.


According to them source, Samsung has set to announcing a new Samsung Galaxy S 3 based points and shoot camera. This 16MP shooter is about to sport the same 4.8 inch Super AMOLED display of the Galaxy S 3 on the back for a viewfinder, with no physical buttons to get in the way.

According to them the main camera has 16MP with 10x optical zoom and the point and shot reportedly runs on Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform. This Galaxy S 3 inspired camera. Is going to be thicker than the phone itself, but the source says just 1.5 – 2 times thicker, which would be an engineering marvel, considering the alleged 10x optical zoom and the pop-out Xenon flash the device has been tipped to sport and will be available in to variants such as Wi-Fi and 3G +Wi-Fi.
