Nokia Lumia 710 is one of the products of the Nokia-Microsoft tie-up. It is a mid-level phone targeted at the middle to low-income market, an alternative to the more expensive Lumia 800 and Lumia 900 handsets.The fact that Nokia listed the new phone with Maemo on board might be their way of hiding the fact that this device could run under Windows Phone, although Symbian is not out of the question either.
The hardware specifications that this new Nokia 710 mobile phone might arrive on the market with include a 1.4GHz Scorpion Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon processor, complemented by 512MB of RAM and 8GB built-in storage (no microSD card slot for additional memory space). Add to that the fact that Windows Phone 7.5 runs smoothly on the device and you have a pretty solid offering device. The apps market still isn't as developed as iOS or Android but the core services are excellent.
Moreover, the new device would also include a 3.7-inch TFT capacitive multi-touch screen (480 x 800 pixels) protected by Corning Gorilla Glass coated, and has a feature of Nokia ClearBlack display technology, the colors are more vibrant and more durability on the display panel.
At the back of the phone you can find a 5MP autofocus LED flash (480 x 800pixels) camera and the speaker grill at the bottom of this handset lets the super-fast Internet Explorer Mobile web browser enables easy online sharing.
