The newest smartphone model of ZTE has just announced comes in the form of Grand Era U985 for their latest smartphone lineup of ZTE, but it will offer in Mainland China only. ZTE touting that the Grand Era U985 as the world's thinnest and slimmest quad-core smartphone to date. Which has an over-all measure at 8.6 mm thickness across its body with the slimmest point edge at 7.9 mm.
“The Grand Era smartphone has opened the door to the quad-core era for ZTE smartphones,” said ZTE Executive VP He Shiyou.
ZTE Grand Era U985 is powered by a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of system memory (RAM), 8GB internal storage capacity (expandable by up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
Sports a 4.5 inch multi-touch screen display can support 720p video content and an 8MP rear camera on the back of the phone and 1.3MP front camera. ZTE Grand Era will be release in a couple of days across Chinese market with support for local network carrier TD-SCDMA.
