Sony’s New Tegra 3 powered Tablet (Leaked)


The leak has come from XDA Developers and shows not only images but also some apparent specs with the leak stating that the tablet will come with an 8MP rear-facing camera and 1MP front-facing camera will be in place for video-calling purposes. Purportedly the tablet called Sony Xperia Tablet, the device should offer a smoother experience of Google's Android 4.x( it's unclear whether the slate will ship with Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) or latest version of 4.1 Jelly Bean platform).


A Tegra 3 quad-core processor will power this as not yet official announced, while the leak suggest that the Xperia Tablet will features a new Magnesium allow body rather than the plastic offering that can be found on the S tablet. The Xperia Tablet will apparently come in the sizes OF 16,32 and 64GB while there's no news on whether there will be a 3G or 4G LTE version available as well. 

The Xperia will have an 6000mAh battery that offers up to 10 hours Wi-Fi browsing. Other features include Bluetooth, an microSD card slot, stereo speakers and this slate is expected to ship later this year come with three different prices in three different configuration will start at 4449.99 for 16GB, $549.99 for 32 and $649.99 for 64GB. Sony is also preparing a keyboard cover similar to the Microsoft Surface's though not identical.
