Samsung revealed that their Samsung Series 7 gamer laptop has been refreshed with 3D display, AMD Radeon GPU and fresh coat of yellow paint. This huge 17.3-inch notebook comes in a brightness rating of 400 nit and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a yellow finish SuperBright 3D LED display and updated Core i7 processor - this Samsung Series 7 looks more impressive and can easily catch your attention. Fanatics for 3D movies can also take advantage of the new display courtesy of the unit’s Blu-ray drive and for the gamer’s side, Samsung says that they developed for games and taps into DirectX version 11.1
Powered by Intel Core i7-3610QM processor comes with standard 8GB of RAM and can be upgraded to 16GB of RAM, 1TB Hard Disk Drive under the hood for mass storage and also includes 128GB Solid State Drive (SSD) for OS system and other files that could take faster loading. Samsung have also jumped ship from NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 675M and are now offering the device bundled with a Radeon HD 7870M GPU. And Samsung touting that the unit’s power source (battery power) and the reaction rate is fully drive the latest heavy duty games. This laptop will debut in South Korea at a price tag of 2,990 won ($2,648). No such details when this notebook hit outside countries along with the price details.
