HTC Proto refreshes it name to HTC Desire X smartphone


Rumors and information about the HTC Proto models is now surfacing again but in a new reportedly come in the codenamed of HTC Desire X, which is surfacing the latest bit of information about this handset comes in a “ePrice” Taiwan based website. It seems the latest model of HTC's mid-range smartphone line-up.


HTC Desire X sport a 4 inch Super LCD WVGA screen,which design inspired by Desire V smartphone. Powered by 1GHz dual core along with 768MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM can be expanded by up to 32GB of additional space capacity via microSD card slot plus 2 years of free access of 25GB Dropbox cloud storage of HTC.

According to the leaked document, Desire X will nestle itself snugly in between the high-end One S and its lower bother One V. Run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform with HTC sense 4.0 on the top and Beats Audio technology for audio enhancement as well. Armed with 5MP rear-facing camera with AF, LED flash, BSI sensor, F2.0, WVGA video recording and HTC ImageChip

Desire X has a measures of 118.5 x 62.3 x 9.3 mm and weighs 120 grams and the device will be shipped in both blue and white colours, unless the renders are just too bad to look black instead a blue one.
