Qantas passengers iPad equipped to save fuel





Australian airline Qantas has announced plans to install all iPad front seat Boeing 767 aircraft for passengers during the fly through software QStreaming. Compared to the bulky entertainment system before, iPad significantly reduce the weight on each flight, which will save companies a fuel cost. Expected to have about 200 hours of multimedia content pre-loaded on the server of each passenger flights to choose from.
