Netgear introduces wave amplifiers for wireless handsets
When using WiFi, the most worrisome thing is that the "dead spots" (deadspot), where the wireless signal can not be covered, especially on mobile devices, the ability of weaker wave . To overcome this situation, Netgear has released a repeater (aka range extender) called WiFi Booster for Mobile. According to the manufacturer, it will help expand the coverage of wireless signals, promising "to bring better wireless experience for smartphone, tablet, laptop, electronic book reader." Of course, any other device that uses Wi-Fi b / g / n will be available with WiFi Booster for Mobile. The device operates on the 2.4 GHz band, Wi-Fi compatible router most of the different companies, security support WPA/WPA2/WEP form. WiFi Booster for Mobile will be sold this summer for $ 40 USD.
