NEC LaVie Z ultrabook - Lightest ultrabook today


NEC is recently revealed an Ultrabook which claimed to be the lightest in the world to date – NEC Lavie Z. It has a features of Intel Ivy Bridge Core i5 or i7 with Intel's Turbo Boost 2.0 technology and has a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixel. with the 13.3-inch display which all fitting inside the previously noted lithium-magnesium alloy enclosure. The machine uses a Network Duet feature to share data space with another machine on the network.

This device has a weights of just 875 grams and only 14.9 mm thick at its thickest point that makes it an easily portable light weigh PC. The exterior of the device gives classy look, it will features a Moon Silver color that gives a sense of bright light an it will also features a built-in keyboard housing.

This device offer 4GB of RAM and integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 720p webcam. The company quoted that the device can sustain up to 8.1 hours run time in just a single full charge. 

Above form these options, other standards connectivity options like USB ports and other ports are also available in this piece. Consumers will definitely have their eyes glued to this ultrabook which is looks impressively in looks and features specs and above all configuration.

Pricing is unknown and it appears that ultrabooks will launch in rising sun market – Japan this coming August this year.
