Galaxy Tab 10.1N not violate Apple design, Galaxy Tab 7.7 banned in Europe
The court in Dusseldorf, Germany, today introduced two favorable decisions for both Apple and Samsung in several lawsuits related to the iPad and Galaxy Tab. This Court that the tablet screen 10 "Galaxy Tab 1 is 10.1N were satisfactory (all different from the iPad) and continue to be sold but smaller tablet is Samsung's Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be banned from sale on Europe, instead of just in Germany. Before that, Apple has filed a court order to ban Galaxy Tab Samsung 10.1N after edit but it was rejected in February this year. in the meantime the court said that violated a Galaxy Tab 7.7 of Apple design from 2004 and refused the request of Samsung that only machines banned in Germany, instead it was banned in the countries of European Union (EU). Commenting on the decision of the court, feeling glad that Samsung decided 10.1N related to Galaxy Tab while disappointed about the Galaxy Tab 7.7 out banned. Source: TNW
