Apple acquired chip maker AuthenTec fingerprint sensor with 356 million U.S. dollars
Apple has confirmed the acquisition AuthenTec - the production company specializing in fingerprint sensor chip for $ 356 million U.S. dollars, of which Apple will pay U.S. $ 8 / share and U.S. $ 20 million for the rights to on technology, which is attached to 58% of AuthenTec insurance costs in Melbourne, Florida.
