Samsung is recently revealed that their Samsung Series 5 reviving it into a newest version of AMD Trinity accelerated processing units (APUs), which pack up to four x86-64 cores, Radeon HD 7600M series graphics and dual-channel DDR3 IMCS, a 4GB DDR3 memory which is up to 8GB configuration. Samsung Series 5 measure at 12.4 x 8.6 x 0.7-inch and weighs at just 3.4lbs, but can’t be called a “Ultrabook” because Intel’s owns the trademark.
In addition, Samsung Series 5 laptop has 24GB SSD to improved performance and boot time equipped with 1.3MP webcam, a 4-in-1 memory card reader, 4W stereo speaker, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 ports, HDMI port.
The price tag for this model is start at $700, for those who need something a bit bigger, Samsung Series 5 for 14-inch model features a similar configuration at price start $850.
